Our Food

Our kitchen turns organic, high-quality ingredients into comforting, home-cooked meals, ready every Sunday, so you can start the week nourished.

 

We always cook with high-quality, organic ingredients, including avocado oil, olive oil, and coconut oil.
For sweeteners, we use only organic maple syrup, honey, date syrup, and coconut sugar.

         

Each meal includes a balanced portion of:
• Protein (5-6 oz)

• Vegetables (6-8 oz / 1 cup)

Starch (6 oz / 1 cup)

Place your order by Wednesday evening

$20.00 per meal with a 5-meal minimum per order

Meal Combo Option 1

Protein:

Garlic Butter Chicken Breast

Boneless skinless chicken breast cooked until tender, finished in a warm garlic butter sauce with simple seasoning.


Veggie:

Honey-Glazed Beets

Tender beets coated in a light honey and butter glaze.


Starch:

Quinoa Pilaf

Fluffy quinoa cooked with onion, garlic, fresh herbs, and light seasoning.

Meal Combo Option 2

Protein:

Turkey Meatloaf

Tender ground turkey blended with sautéed onions, peppers, garlic, and seasoning, then baked with a splash of chicken stock for a moist, flavorful finish.


Veggie:

Peas & Mushrooms

Peas and mushrooms lightly sautéed with gentle spices for a warm, savory side.


Starch:

Roasted Butternut Squash

Butternut squash roasted with olive oil and simple seasoning.

Lentils and garbanzo beans simmered with tomatoes, celery, onion, garlic, cilantro, parsley, and warm spices in chicken stock.
