Orly began her culinary journey over 20 years ago with a small catering business. After moving to Michigan in 2013, she continued pursuing her passion as a cook at a senior living facility, where her talent and dedication quickly led her from cook to supervisor.

Over the years, Orly has developed a signature style that blends modern European and Mediterranean flavors—creating comforting, high-quality meals that became beloved staples in the dining halls she oversaw. Her expertise in specialty diets and ingredient substitutions allowed her to craft dishes that were not only nourishing, but deeply enjoyed by everyone she served.
